Ladies, can we talk about something for a minute? It seems like when it comes to relationships, we often focus on our own needs and desires. Weddings become all about the bride, Valentine's Day is about the man spoiling the woman, and even on Mother's Day, our significant others are expected to shower us with gifts. But what about them? Don't they deserve some love and appreciation too?
Now, I understand the whole concept of men being the HEAD and protecting. And before you jump on me, ladies who don't believe in that, remember, this is my blog, go right your own if you disagree. But here's the thing: we want them to provide, protect, and spoil us, and some of them do a damn good job. So, why can't we show them how much we appreciate them on a regular basis?
Cooking dinner and having scheduled sex doesn't count, honey. No, we need to step up our game. How about surprising him with his favorite lunch delivered to his job via DoorDash every now and then? And hey, make sure it's on your account, not his! You're paying, Missy! Or how about paying someone else to mow the lawn instead of having him do it? Give the guy a break!

And here's a novel idea: pay for him and his best friend to go to a game, unless you're a sports fan too (in which case, tag along and enjoy!). Send him on an all expenses paid trip. Send him a gift that he would actually like, not something you want for him cause you like it. And let's not forget about taking him out to dinner! You're driving and picking up the tab. Show him that you appreciate him and his efforts when it comes to taking care of you.
Now, I know some of you might be thinking, "But why should I do all of this? Isn't he supposed to do these things for me?" Well, my dear, it's all about balance and reciprocity. Relationships are a two-way street. When you show your man that you appreciate him and care about his happiness, you'll be amazed at how much more he'll do for you in return. It's a win-win situation, trust me.
So, can we please break the cycle of one-sided pampering and start giving our men the love and appreciation they deserve. Let's make them feel special, cherished, and valued. And who knows, you might just discover a whole new level of happiness and fulfillment in your relationship.
Alright Honeybuns, get out there and show your man some love! And remember, it's not about keeping score or trying to one-up each other. It's about creating a partnership built on respect, love, and mutual appreciation.
Until next time, keep it sexy an seductive! Let me know how it works out for you.
Peace, Love & Kisses,
LaTonya MeChelle
